Return Policy



Here at Whitlyn's we want you to always love your items! If you receive an item and decide it is not right for you then you can exchange the unworn/unwashed item to us within 14 business days from the delivery date for something else of equal or greater value (you will have to pay the difference). 

Please see our steps below to exchange your item: 

  1. Send an email to notifying us that you wish to exchange your item 
  2. One of our team members will respond to your email within 48 business hours with instructions for returning the item
  3. Take the item to your local Post Office, UPS Store, or FedEx Store and pay to have it shipped back
  4. Once the item is received we will issue you an invoice for the shipping cost (and the difference in cost if one exists) via email; once this is paid your exchange item(s) will ship


We are happy to exchange an item for a different size if the original size you ordered doesn't end up fitting. The customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping, as well as the shipping of the new item. The new item will not be shipped until payment is received. 

Important Notes:

  • Whitlyn's Boutique is not responsible for damages to items after they are delivered; this includes you spilling something on your clothes, a button popping off, an item being broken, etc.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen once the package(s) are delivered to address provided at checkout
  • Whitlyn's is not responsible for any items lost in transit

  • We are not responsible for items broken during shipping - please file a claim with the carrier service for any broken items
  • We have the right to decline a return if item(s) are not in original condition with any original tags attached. If we find your return unsatisfactory we will contact you via email. 

No Exchanges, returns, or refunds will ever be offered for the following:

  • Sale Items 
  • Seasonal Items
  • All Pop-Up Purchases
