Shipping policy

  • All orders will be processed and dropped at shipping facilitywithin 1-3 business days on Tuesday - Saturday, unless one of those fall on a holiday, or if we are away at a pop up event or on a family vacation. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders will not be packaged/shipped on those 2 days. To view this schedule/notices please see our social media @whitlyns where we always have our schedule posted. 
  • Due to us being a small business there may be delays in shipping if our office is closed for weather issues, or vacations. 
  • We ship in the US only.
  • Changes cannot be made to an order after it is placed. If you have issues or need to initiate an exchange, please send an email to hello@whitlynsboutique.com (please see our exchange policy).
  • Shipping is free over $75 within the USA on almost everything.
